View of the fire from three sides
Visually the most striking type of fireplace: BRUNNER panorama fireplaces offer an unobstructed view of the wood fire from three sides. The ultimate fire experience – ideal as a room divider or as a design and heating highlight in the living space.
Two exclusive equipment options provide even more creative freedom: a cast iron fire chamber extension visually elongates the interior of the fireplace and makes the flames appear even more vivid. For those who prefer a particularly modern and minimalist solution, the floating version is the perfect choice, where the fireplace appears to hover in the room thanks to its support bracket.

The technical refinements of the floating panorama fireplace
- 1. Secure structure
Stable supports and load-bearing frames make new fireplace designs possible. The variable tensioning technology was implemented for the first time by BRUNNER. Panoramic fireplaces feature an all-round adjustable mounting frame that connects to the fireplace cladding. This allows for a safe and stable construction of the fireplace enclosure, for example using fireplace construction panels.
- 2. Tension anchors for mounting frame
The mounting frame is fixed to the ceiling with tension anchors and serves as a support for full-height fireplace claddings. When structurally supported down to the floor, this allows for additional high load capacity (provided on site).
- 3. Support bracket
Mounting frame attached to a thermally decoupled support bracket. Designed for structural loads with a fireplace cladding of up to 235 kg. Suitable for use as a low room divider or for full-height construction.
- 4. Structure
For “floating” designs, the support bracket (red) is complemented by the support unit (green), consisting of the fire table base and the support bracket’s adjustable feet. The structural load is absorbed by the adjustable feet fixed to the raw floor. The support bracket is additionally attached to the rear wall. The fire table aligns flush with the lower support plate or projects no more than 5 cm beyond it.
- 5. Patented combustion chamber geometry “green”
The heart of the impressive flame pattern in the panoramic fireplaces of the BKH series is the patented combustion chamber geometry with recessed combustion, which optimises wood burning and makes it more environmentally friendly and efficient.

The recessed combustion "green"
Thanks to this patented, innovative combustion technology, emissions are significantly reduced while wood consumption decreases at the same time. Those who want to protect the environment can choose the version with a catalytic converter or retrofit it later without difficulty.
The series also offers numerous individual design options, including a heat-reflective coated glass pane. The integration of modern combustion air controls such as EAS and EOS from BRUNNER optimises the burn process and ensures user-friendly operation. These controls also offer app connectivity.
