All three inserts are now ready for catalyst technology and therefore ideally prepared for possible future legal requirements. For stove builders, this means maximum planning security for new builds and modernisation projects. And the best part: the new Plus variants come without any price change. More future security, more comfort, same price.
Also new: the HKD tiled stoves 7+ and 13+ are now also available with coated glass ceramic. The coating significantly reduces the heat radiation area in front of the glass – making it an effective alternative to the previous double glazing. From the front of the viewing glass, the area is reduced from 100 to 80 cm, from the floor towards the front from 60 to 40 cm, and towards the ceiling also from 60 to 40 cm.

Overall, this means the following for the individual appliances:

By reducing these heat radiation areas, there are major advantages:
- For stove builders: more flexibility in planning and easier integration into the living space.
- For homeowners: furniture and walls may be placed closer to the HKD tiled stove, and floor coverings can also be laid closer to the appliance.
- The stricter fire protection distances in accordance with EN 16510, which will apply from November 2025, are still fully complied with.
