Thanks to its own weight, no additional fastening with the upper module ring is required.
This version is particularly suitable for systems with a chimney mounted on top or for chimneys without a base.
By removing the side blank cover on the MAS cast hood, soot can be removed directly after sweeping. For this purpose, an appropriate inspection opening must be provided on site in the chimney cladding.
Finishing with the MAS cast hood is also recommended for setups with more than two module rings. It allows for cleaning of the module rings from above.
