BKH – integrated secondary air device

The solution for excessive chimney draft

So that a fireplace fire stays a fireplace fire!

Fireplaces connected to modern chimneys are often operated with far too much draft. The results are an unsteady flame pattern, reduced efficiency and increased cleaning effort.

The solution for the BKH series (flat, tunnel and corner) is the integrated secondary air device. The flap installed in the air connection box regulates the airflows between the fireplace insert and the flue system. Functionally identical to a draft regulator, it ensures constant chimney draft and a steady flame pattern.
