This year, we have chosen a new tradition that reflects our philosophy and our understanding of “green”: a salami made from 100% finest Bavarian beef. From free-range cattle raised with respect and species-appropriate care. Handcrafted using a BRUNNER recipe – bold in flavor, honest and regional in origin.
