The BRUNNER Wallbox
The charging station for your home can run not only on standard household electricity but also – and ideally – on solar power. This not only saves money but is also especially environmentally friendly.
The adjustable charging output can be matched to your photovoltaic yield, using any surplus power directly to charge your electric car. This ensures optimal use of the available energy. You can also choose pure PV surplus charging – powered entirely by solar energy for maximum environmental benefit.
To qualify for KfW funding, the charging power can be limited to 11 kW. Otherwise, the Wallbox reaches up to 22 kW – equivalent to 32 A per phase. A mixed charging mode using both grid and solar power is possible. For full transparency, the charging curve is visually displayed on the connected devices.
The BSH module communicates via BSH with the BRUNNER heating center and the Wallbox. Integration into the home network is done through Ethernet, giving you centralized control for both heating and charging.
With the free myBRUNNER app, you can not only control the heating system and Wallbox but also enable remote maintenance by our service team. Control, visualization, and settings can be managed either through the myBRUNNER app or directly on the touch display. This allows you to conveniently check the charging status or set charging cycles from your smartphone or tablet — all from the comfort of your sofa. The app also visualizes the electrical energy flow within your home.
Safe operation is ensured by a residual current circuit breaker that meets the latest technical standards. If the charging station is installed in a publicly accessible location, it can also be deactivated using the so-called blocking mode. This prevents unauthorized charging while you are away.
For precise full charging of your electric vehicle, various predefined or individually adjustable time programs can be selected. This is simple and convenient – for example, if you want to leave for work at 6:00 in the morning and start your day with a fully charged car.

Charge and heat with one control system
Imagine having a perfectly coordinated setup in your home that connects renewable energy sources and consumers: for example, a BRUNNER heat pump and a water-bearing fireplace insert, or a pellet condensing boiler that provides heat and hot water. You also generate your own electricity with a photovoltaic system for self-consumption. The heart of this intelligent energy management system is the BRUNNER heating center with its integrated storage, which automatically controls all system components.
E-mobility also operates without fossil fuels, making it environmentally friendly and sustainable. It was therefore only logical to integrate it into the BRUNNER energy concept – with the new BRUNNER Wallbox BLS 1.0 green. This system allows surplus energy from a photovoltaic installation to be used for convenient, efficient, and cost-effective charging of an electric vehicle at home. This charging station is part of the BRUNNER “green-line”. It combines advanced technology with appealing design and is easily operated via a touch display. The result is intelligent charging management that adapts to local renewable energy production and current power demand.
