Test Manager Software / Electronics (m/f/d)
Full time | 37 Hours | Eggenfelden
Your responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive test management system for all our electronic components, including their software elements
- Participating in test execution based on specification requirements
- Feeding test results back into the development process
- Integrating individual components into complete systems and verifying overall functionality
- Documenting test results and technical relationships
- Supporting our Customer Care team with technical inquiries
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in electrical engineering, information technology or a related field
- Experience in electronics development or testing is a plus
- Background in test management
- Motivation to contribute to the heating solutions of the future
- Flexibility and team spirit
- Strong commitment and ability to work independently

Working hours
For full-time positions, we have a flexible 37-hour week with core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and until 1 p.m. on Fridays. Depending on the position, working from home is also possible. This flexibility is designed to help our employees better balance family, leisure, and work.
