Working @ BRUNNER

We have a lot to offer.

We are based in Eggenfelden, Rottal-Inn, and with over 150 employees, we are the premium manufacturer of fireplaces, stoves and heating systems. We stand for handcrafted, long-lasting products that bring people joy, add meaning, and are never just unnecessary consumer goods. We’re passionate about what we do – and we’d love to share that with you. Let our enthusiasm inspire you and become part of BRUNNER.

Many of our colleagues have been with the company for more than 20 years. Each of us shares a passion for what we do. The use of first names, the friendly atmosphere, and the solidarity during challenging times are what define us as a family-run business.

For full-time positions, we have a flexible 37-hour week with core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and until 1 p.m. on Fridays. Depending on the position, working from home is also possible. This flexibility is designed to help our employees better balance family, leisure, and work.

Skilled, ambitious colleagues are key to the success of our company. That’s why fair, performance-based compensation is important to us – it’s our way of showing appreciation.

At BRUNNER, we work with a strong sense of personal responsibility, shape our workflows on our own, and treat colleagues with respect and as equals – regardless of their position.

To offer our employees a sense of security beyond their time at BRUNNER, we provide the option to participate voluntarily in a company pension scheme with capital-forming benefits.

We want our team to feel comfortable at work. That’s why we’ve already modernized most of our offices and equipped them with the latest technology – creating a pleasant and productive working environment. Coffee and tea are, of course, available free of charge.

Employee benefits are part of working at BRUNNER – from exclusive benefits in various stores and online shops to discounts from a range of local partners.

At BRUNNER, we work with highly motivated, honest and straightforward people. Constructive feedback is one of the tools we use to make collaboration valuable for everyone involved.

People are talking about our positive work atmosphere and friendly, supportive colleagues – and we’re proud of that. It’s not uncommon for real friendships to grow beyond the workplace, simply because people get along and enjoy spending time together.
