Technical Support & Service Export (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Technical support for our international craftsman partners (stove technology)
  • Conducting and developing technical training sessions
  • Occasional service visits abroad
  • Creating and reviewing stove calculations according to current standards and requirements
  • Checking submitted stove designs for technical feasibility
  • Supporting the sales team with technical inquiries

What we expect

  • Solid technical understanding, ideally in the field of stove technolgy
  • Team spirit and a “let’s get it done” attitude
  • Good command of English, spoken and written (other languages are a plus)
  • Confident use of Windows Office and common software applications
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for working with others – both internally and externally
  • Willingness to travel abroad occasionally

For full-time positions, we have a flexible 37-hour week with core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and until 1 p.m. on Fridays. Depending on the position, working from home is also possible. This flexibility is designed to help our employees better balance family, leisure, and work.
