Order Processing Employee in Internal Sales (m/f/d)

What to expect
- Recording and processing orders in the ERP system
- Product data management
- Phone and email support for our customers
- Creating quotes and order confirmations
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
Your profile
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in order processing or internal sales is desirable
- Confident with MS Office and good IT skills
- Good German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, and structured way of working

Working hours
For full-time positions, we have a flexible 37-hour week with core working hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and until 1 p.m. on Fridays. Depending on the position, working from home is also possible. This flexibility is designed to help our employees better balance family, leisure, and work.
