Pellet module

How does it work?

A dream come true - a log fire for pleasant moments of relaxation and burning pellets for automatic heating from your tile stove.

From outside, the automatic tile stove does not look different to any other. It is built as a warm air convection stove or accumulation stove, it can also be combined with a water boiler. What's new, is that a burner is installed at the bottom of the firebox which can alternatively generate heat from pelletized wood chips, if desired.

How often and how many pellets are burned depends on the owner. For the beautiful peaceful moments, you just need to put a few logs on the fire. If you have to leave or you're just not in the mood to get more wood from the garden shed, pellets automatically flow into the same firebox to meet the heat demands of your home.

It's just the same the opposite way around. If you open the door and put a few logs inside, the pellets are no longer supplied. The stove detects this new situation and optimizes the air supply for log fire. The whole thing is completely automatic, just as you would expect from any other heating system.

All of this is made possible by our development - a special pellet module for tile stoves. Up to 2 meters away from the stove, a holding tank (ground area approx. 70 x 70 cm) stores enough pellets for 2-3 days. From this short-term reservoir, pellets are delivered to the stove by a spiral conveyor through a metal tube, and finally arrive at the burner pan at the bottom of firebox. A special control unit determines precisely, when and how many pellets are needed. The burner pan has automatic ignition, guaranteeing the right comfort level.
