Hot air - tile stove

By using the hot air tile stove your room can be heated up within minutes. This concept was constructed for a medium to high heating output (> 4 kW) like in old builduings with high ceilings.

Hot air furnaces work by streaming the compartment air through a metallic after heating mass where it heats up quickly and feeds the room via hot air fences and shafts.
Corrispondingly high are the power peaks of this system because the storage is only built in to the furnace shell of the fireplace. This system leads to a faster cooling of the furnace construction.

Storage tile stove

The heat emission of the tiled stove is the most enjoyable form of heat. The concept of radiant heat is applied when a small, long-lasting and constant heat output is desired.

In the case of the storage stove, the heat is stored in the heavy ceramic heat accumulation mass and is emitted slowly through the surface of the stove. In this way, excessive power peaks and high fluctuations in temperature are avoided.

Depending on the used mass capable of heat storage, the tiled stove needs a longer heating-up time. But the heat will be emitted for several hours.

Handmade thermal energy storage

The handmade thermal energy storage represents the most original form. The right-angled heating gas channels are made of fire clay plates and form the ceramic draught system. In this way, heat is detracted from the heating gas, stored and is emitted through the surface of the tiled stove.

Modular prefabricated storage systems
In recent years, ceramic module-storage-systems have been installed many times. The advantages of prefabricated storage elements are obvious: perfectly fitting shaped pieces allow a fast construction, the smooth walls and the uniform round cross-sections have small flow resistivity. The high gross density allows a unique heat absorption and - conductivity.

  • comfortable radiated heat
  • long heat storage time

Tile stove with boiler

A different form of heat storage is given when the heating unit is combined with a boiler. Either as water heat exchanger or as coating of the boiler, or even both integrated in a boiler body. In the case of all tiled stoves with a boiler, a large part of the usable heat quantity is passed to the buffer in the form of hot water. The heating system can revert to these temporarily stored energy.
